Casting‑level traceability with TAG at Condals
To further strengthen quality control and AI optimization, Condals is introducing casting‑level traceability using TAG - assigning a unique ID to every casting produced.
TAG links each individual casting directly to the exact process parameters used during production, along with its final quality outcome. Compared to batch‑level tracking, this provides significantly more precise data and deeper insight into the relationship between process conditions and quality results.
By combining TAG with Monitizer PRESCRIBE, Condals will be able to increase data accuracy and improve AI model reliability.
